Full payment made directly to the school office by June 7, 2025 will receive a $40 discount.
Full payment made to the school office after June 7th but before the first day of school will be accepted at the full rate.
Monthly payments made through FACTS Management Company from your checking account, savings account, or credit card (cards will be charged a monthly fee) begin in July and end in May (for Preschool) or June (for K-8).

Required Parent Volunteer Hours for K-8 Families:

The cost to educate students at St. Vincent de Paul School is significantly higher than the tuition rates.
Parent volunteers help defray that cost by donating their valuable time and talents. In addition, volunteering helps parents connect with other families and school personnel and become fully a part of the school community.
K-8 Parents who are unable to volunteer at least 25 hours should choose the financial option of increasing tuition by $800 ($66.67 per month).
Parents whose children are in Preschool and not yet in K-8 are welcome to volunteer but are not required to do so.

Preschool (PSEC) Families will be charged per student $4.50 per hour + a $50 registration fee

Preschool (SAACP) Families will be charged per student $7.00 per hour + a $50 registration fee

PSEC/SACCP BILLING AND PAYMENT:

PSEC/SACCP charges will be processed monthly and must be paid through FACTS Management Company from your checking or savings account or credit card (fees may apply). Billing will begin in September/October, 2025. Prompt and timely payment of PSEC charges is mandatory and any late or delinquent accounts will result in suspension or termination of PSEC/SACCP services.

It is the responsibility of the parent(s) to set up and manage their account in FACTS.

St. Vincent de Paul School was founded in 1856 with the mission to serve all families in central Ohio seeking a Catholic education. Below are ways to obtain financial assistance and the avenues available to prospective families:

State of Ohio Scholarships: EdChoice

All Ohio families are eligible for the EdChoice Scholarship to pay for private K-12 education. Every family should apply, regardless of income, to offset tuition costs. Based on where your family income falls in comparison to the Federal Poverty Level, you can receive the following scholarship amounts. EdChoice scholarships are applied to reduce your tuition before all other grants and scholarships. As a preferred source of funding, these state scholarships will allow the parish to reallocate unused parish grant funds to other school and parish needs.

Tuition Reduction Program (TRP)

The Tuition Reduction Program at St. Vincent de Paul gives every school family the opportunity to reduce tuition without selling items. Your family may purchase gift certificates from major retailers through a weekly order form listing participating stores, restaurants and services.

Kroger Community Rewards

An easy way to earn money towards your tuition at St. Vincent for Kindergarten through 8th grade. You may begin earning in Preschool and your earnings will be saved in an account and may be used when your child comes to Kindergarten. All you need is your Kroger Plus Card that you already use to receive discounts at Kroger. If you do not have a Kroger Plus Card, go to any Kroger customer service counter and pick one up.
