Save the date for the 30th Annual St. Vincent de Paul School Auction & Dance: April 11, 2026! Our goal this Spring is to raise $100,000! All proceeds will be put toward improving and expanding our school facilities to create and maintain the best school environment for our students to learn and grow in.
Some fun facts about the auction!
This is an adult-only event (so get that babysitter booked and plan to enjoy a night with old and new friends!)
The ticket price is $75 per person or $140 per couple. Drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) and dinner provided!
Tickets will go on sale February 9, 2026!
The theme this year is GRAND OLE OPRY and we request country
chic or cocktail attire for this special auction! When was the last time you got to do that?!
Pictures are a necessity to remember the night so plan on getting your picture taken in our mirror booth.
There are raffles and games that are played throughout the evening so bring some cash!
There is DANCING at the end of the night along with a LIVE PERFORMANCE from country music artist Alan Carl.
Silent auction bidding happens with your phone through an online bidding portal. Bidding usually opens a week in advance!
Last year we had over 180 silent auction items to bid on and 11 LIVE auction items. Live auction is an in-person event.
You can count on our annual live auction items which include Parking Spot for the Year, Principal for the Day, St. Vincent de Paul Church Front Pews for Christmas, Mt. Vernon Fire Department Firetruck Ride to School, A special Cooking Experience with Father Farnan & Bourbon Baskets from the Knights of Columbus.
Each class will be working on and donating a homemade classroom project for the auction. These are coveted items that are treasured among parents!
We ask each family to donate one package or item to be apart of the silent auction. Donations are accepted now through March 13! Below are just a few packages our families put together for the past auction. If you're not a shopper, the auction committee would be happy to shop on your behalf with a monetary donation. All donations must be accompanied with a filled out form you can acquire from the school office. This ensures we can thank you properly!
