Attention Parents! Kindergarten - 8th grade students are required to have a gym shirt to wear one day a week. In addition to the gym shirt, 4th-8th grade students are required to have gym shorts and pants. A jacket is also available but not required. You may choose to borrow or buy these items for your student(s). This form must be filled out for each child in your family attending K-8 St. Vincent de Paul School in the Fall.
