Save the Date! The 27th Annual St. Vincent de Paul School Auction & Dance

Save the date for the 27th Annual St. Vincent de Paul School Auction & Dance! This year it's extra personal as we are striving to purchase and install a new air conditioning system for our gymnasium.

Some fun facts about the auction!

  • This is an adult-only event (so get that babysitter booked and plan to enjoy a night with old and new friends!)

  • The ticket price is $60 per person. Drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) and heavy appetizers catered by Lannings are included in the ticket price.

  • The theme this year is BLUE and GOLD and we request evening wear or cocktail attire for this special auction! When was the last time you got to do that?!

  • Pictures are a necessity to remember the night so plan on getting your picture taken in our mirror booth.

  • There are raffles and games that are played throughout the evening so bring some cash!

  • There is DANCING at the end of the night!

  • 2022 was the first year that the auction was setup in the school gymnasium.

  • Silent auction bidding happens with your phone through an online bidding portal. This year it will open up a week in advance!

  • Last year we had over 180 silent auction items to bid on and 11 LIVE auction items. Live auction is an in-person event.

  • You can count on our annual live auction items which include Parking Spot for the Year, Principal for the Day, St. Vincent de Paul Church Front Pews for Christmas and Easter Masses, Mt. Vernon Fire Department Firetruck Ride to School, The Most Extraordinary Day & Bourbon Baskets from the Knights of Columbus.

  • Each class will be working on and donating a homemade classroom project for the auction. These are coveted items that are treasured among parents!

  • We ask each family to donate one package or item to be apart of the silent auction. Donations are accepted now through March 10! Below are just a few packages our families put together for the 2022 auction. If you're not a shopper, the auction committee would be happy to shop on your behalf with a monetary donation.
