Our dedicated, hard-working team of faculty and staff makes St. Vincent de Paul School and Preschool what it is today. The faculty has over 200 years of combined teaching experience. Seventy-five percent of our graduates continue to play high school sports and eight out of ten of our graduates attend college. We have been honored as a “Buckeye Best School” award and grant recipient since 2003, we are listed in the Global Directory of Who’s Who, and we are accredited by the state of Ohio through the Ohio Catholic School Accrediting Association.
Mrs. Justine MaagPrincipal
Mrs. Maag became our principal in 2018. Before coming to St. Vincent de Paul School, Mrs. Maag taught 6th through 8th grades at St. Mary School in German Village. Her main responsibilities were teaching Language Arts, Social Studies and Religion. In addition, Mrs. Maag coached Power of the Pen and Battle of the Books teams, completed a Mentor Program and implemented cross-curriculum projects integrating Language Arts, Social Studies and Science.
Mrs. Maag earned her Bachelor’s degree in Middle Childhood Education from Ohio Dominican University and has completed graduate coursework from Baldwin-Wallace University and Ohio Dominican University. On weekends, Mrs. Maag and her husband enjoy spending time with their two grown sons, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. On game days, Mrs. Maag can be found cheering on her favorite teams, Alabama (Roll Tide!) and the Cleveland Browns.
